I just bought this game today and I couldnt wait to get home to play it. What a disapointment and let down this game is.I know fighting games shouldnt be easy but when are they going to release a fighting game that isnt fake. First of all when fighting the computer, the AI characters block everything you dish out,the juggle combos are to much, you cant even fall on the ground before getting half your life taken away from a juggle combo.Most of my favorite characters are now lame, the last guy is a joke.I had to stop playing before I smashed my controller.The only good thing about this game is the graphics and sound, other than that you might as well take the $[...] and wipe with it.

What I hate about this game is the “Scenario campaign”. This is basically Tekken Force, or The Devil Within from the last games. This time it’s not just a side game though, It’s the main game you have to play if you play solo. If you liked the individual stories for each of the characters, be prepared to be disappointed. They’re still in the game but you have to play through this Tekken force sort of mini game to unlock them. (Which isn’t all that fun). The stories themselves have been heavily dumbed down (Opening cards are short, no vocal narration, short cut scenes that explain next to nothing about the story) and the rival interaction scenes that Tekken 5 introduced have not been included in the story mode.
In terms of gameplay Tekken 6 doesn’t really introduce anything. It plays just like Tekken 5. The characters have the same default outfits, the same win quotes/posses and the same moves for the most part. That’s not bad, because Tekken 5 was a great game, but I just wish there was more there.
I would have to give this game a 6.5/10 for the online, but a 3/10 for the single player game. You can get this, but I would suggest waiting for the price to go down. It just isn’t worth it.

This game is the worst games I have ever played so far. Some of the new characters are terrible, for example, Lars is a cross between Goku and M. Bison…. yeah and I’m not joking. The Senario Campaign should not exist as well and they should stick with the good old fighting, and the boss is cheap as hell.
I hope for the next game that they would not carry with this nonsense and stick with the fighting.

This by far the worse fighting game ever. Not only does the online element suck completely but the offline experience is extremely difficult, unsatisfying and just plan ridiculous. As previous commenter’s have stressed, it is fake looking and you will spend more time loading then you will fighting. Now, I am completely aware why Sony and Namco have launched such an extensive public relations campaign on Playstation Home, simply because this is a terrible product. They are merely selling the name “Tekken” and not a good game. I am trading this in with Amazon and then using the money I can salvage to purchase something else. From this experience, I pledge to never buy a single Namco game ever again and have lost all respect for the Tekken series. Mind you I have been an admire of the games since Tekken 2 for Playstation one.

Honestly, i expected more from “Scamco”. They pretty much made us wait over 3 years for the console release of this game, anD for what? they are just giving us a mediocre display of online netcode and graphics design. NAMCO YOU REALLY SCREWED THIS TIME!!!!
