Right off the bat i think of all transformers games this one is the best. The graphics the game play the audio just everything was pretty cool. The fact that you could be either decepticon or autobot and switch if you want to is cool. The graphics of the environment could have been a littel better but the transformers was pretty much almost flawless. The game play will take a little bit of getting use to especially the flying part. After you get used to it then bring it on and be either decepticon or autobot and eihter save or create havok. I had high hopes for this game, but it’s just not interesting enough to continue. Controls are a bit difficult and there doesn’t seem to be a great plot. It’s too much like those old mech games back in the 90s. It’s too easy for 3D game manufacturers to create stuff like this. All in all, it’s boring and is nearly as bad as the movie, and for the same reason. The 3D itself is okay, but not what I expected. The still captures are better than what you actually get.

What’s great about it: the transforming, the shooting, the fighting, the graphics, this game is increadible!!!!!

What’s not so great: It is increadibly hard to get past the last few levels on both autobot and desepticon teams

Ok, before i start, i don’t own the game yet, i plan on getting it tomorrow, but i’ve had a few hours with my friends copy when he came over, all i can say is this is a great game, the story pretty much follows the story of the movie, but thats to be expected with a game based on a movie, but thats not why you’re here, is it. In terms of gameplay, it’s very fun and responsive, the main enemies in the game are simple cannon fodder, but who wants to fight only bosses(unless it’s Shadow of the Colossus, each Autobot and Decepticon has a melee attack and 2 ranged attacks, just like the first game, unlike the first game, each Transformer is different, such as different ranged attacks, different special moves, and different strength, so Bumblebee won’t be as strong as Optimus. Each mission allows you to pick which Transformer you want to be once you unlock them, unlike the first where you had to use a certain one, Unlocked Ratchet?, wanna use him?, go ahead and pick him. Graphically, the game is split, the enviroments look ok,kinda bland, the Transformers however, look awesome, everything from the trasnformations to them attacking to them just standing there doing nothing, they look great. I didn’t get a chance for multiplayer, but if it’s anything like the single player, it’ll be fun playing against actual people, so if you can, go to the store, pick up a copy, and, in the words of Optimus Prime, transform and roll out

Another dissapointment and a somewhat of a slap to the face is the humans you encounter on missions. I had to save engineers one mission, and guess what? They were clones of each other. Again, how hard would it be to have a few extra hours to change them up a little bit. Or at least make them so tiny that I can't tell it's the same graphic.

The battles are very easy, and they could could have made the battles seem more epic, and in turn, this would make the game last longer. The A.I is hard to guage, but my impression is they are pretty goofy. The decepticon chatter on an aircraft carrier revealed to me that they couldn't tell the difference between the upper level of a ship and a rooftop.

If you like multiplayer I recomend you to atleast rent the game. Rating: 1 / 5
