I know there are several 4- and 5-star reviews for this game case. However, I sent my case back to Amazon for a refund because the cheap construction caused the hinges to pop out and, most importantly, the games would fall out if the case was dropped.

I recommend the Score Game Case, which is available on Amazon as part of the DS Lite Mini Kit. After I returned the Hori case to Amazon, I went ahead and bought two kits. Each kit comes with a Score Game Case that holds six games and a stylus.

Our games are better protected with a Score Game Case, which not only has an individual sleeve for each game but also provides better cushioning with each game held in place using a tab that works like a bookend. The stylus fits just below the case hinge.

The only advantage the Hori case offers is that it can hold more games (16 vs. 6 in the Score Game Case). Security is more important to me, especially because we have young children playing the Nintendo DS. (They are more likely to drop the cases.) Besides, with two of Score Game Cases, we can carry 12 games, more than enough for any weekend trip.

I like this as they don’t fall out, however it is hard for small children to get them out and in the case.

I started out carrying my games in a bag but that isn’t ideal, even if it’s a bad designed to carry your DS and a few games. This is made well and protects your games as well as carry 16 of them in a small space. If you look at individual cases or even that carry 2 or 3 you save a lot of space this way.

I don’t play my DS much anymore so I gave mine to my nephew, who was constantly loosing his games. Now he always has them in one place and when he switches games he always stores them in this case which has saved my sister a lot of heart ache.

I couldn’t recommend this case enough, if you have more than even 5 games this is a good deal as I’m sure your collection will grown anyway.

seems great however one hinge side broke already… my son has had it for just a couple months. kind of disappointing. I am hoping to try to glue the chipped corner of the outer case back on.

I have got a lot of DS games over the years. Too many to find sometimes.

Now, my problem is resolved. Bought a few of these things and all good now.
